Hi All,

I am 1 yr and 9months post op. Have only lost 50lbs and still have a long way to go.  I have a lapband and I'm looking for advise from anyone who can help me jumpstart my weightloss again.  I'm getting so frustrated that I'm thinking of converting to a bypass but I feel that would be admitting failure. Whats to say a bypass would work anyway right? So any advise will be appreciated from daily workouts to food choices or weekly menus. Seriously, ANYTHING!!!!

Hi. I think you should talk to your dr.
a couple of things that you can do to keep on trac is
high protein diet.
water
work out.
avoid. any kind of liquids. even protein shakes.
good luck you can do it!

Thanx,

The thing is that they feel I'm doing ok just not losing as much as I should have so I wanted to see if anyone tried things that have worked for them and gotten them thru.

But thanks marianacc
