I honestly don't like it, but I eat it. I either add some fresh berries or throw in
some sugar free DaVinci syrup. I'll also add it to smoothies, then you can't really taste it

What brand are you eating?   I eat either Fage or Okios Stoneyfield and I think they are fabulous!   They do make fruit flavored if you can find it which is incredible.  I had Fage peach and if I had only one food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be that.  I will admit, the vanilla or plain is a little tart, but add berries and maybe a bit of Fiber One and make a parfait out of it.  Delish!    Is it the consistancy?  The thicker the yogurt, the better with me...so Greek is perfect.

Now I didn't mind one brand I tried but it had 20g of sugar in it! I would imagine if one had dumping sydrome it could be a problem. Thoughts?

You need to buy the unflavored kind... any flavors have sugar.
Not all people dump - of those that do it is off different amounts of sugar and different forms/foods.

I just got some Stoneyfield Oikos vanilla flavored it has 11gms of sugar.  I did not dump from it ( I have never dumped on anything), but that's not to say someone else might have troubles with it.  I also did not dump from the yogurt containing fruit.  I guess the only way would be to test a small amount and see how you react.

I did not like it at first but then developed a taste for it - as stated above some brands are better than others.
My suggestion is to mix a little splenda in, a little honey (you can buy imitation SF honey at wal mart if you choose.. honey does have sugar but a little goes a long way), SF or NSA preserves/jelly, DaVinci syrups or any other SF syrup - you can also use the yogurt is place of sour cream or mayo in recipies (w/mayo I usually do 1/2 and 1/2.. like w/chicken salad.. the yogurt isnt thick enough).

I love greek yogurt.  I will mix honey in with it.  Sometimes I mix dried blueberries into it and let it sit for a while.  It just depends.  I really like yogurt.  Trader Joes has some amazing flavors of greek yogurt and yogurt in general.  Enjoy! :)
