Stalls Suck!

So I've been in a stall since about March 21st and I hate to say it but this is the longest I've stalled since I've had surgery.  Its just ******g me off when I get on the scale!  I guess its time to up my protein and exercise and hopefully get out of this rut! Grrr!

I completely understand how you feel. I havent lost any weight for 3 weeks and its really starting to **** me off!!!  Im exercising and everything so i guess my body just doesnt want to move. I'll just have to wait it out, but i wont like it!

yep they do..
royally suck..
and my normal stall busters aren't working...
i know that
during this journey stalls are supposed to happen..
i just wish they were less frequent..
but the good thing is..
stalls do finally break and you get a few lbs off at a time..
so that's my little ray of sunshine in that cloud.

I'm also in a stall!  :(  What stall-busters do ya'll reccomend?

 The sexy chick with the dreadlocks (sorry, I suck at names) mentioned to drink 80oz of water. I've been doing that for the last 3 days and I finally shed the 4 pounds that have been dying to come off.

one of the docs that saw me for my fill recomended i go back on optifast for a week to kickstart the weightloss process again

its a protein shake brand here in nz, i thought you guys had it in the states...my bad :-D but its really nice and comes in vanilla, coffee, chocolate and soup and has protein bars. I used it for my two week liquid diet...its all i could have a cup of vegetables
