Exactly what the post in front of me said. I just completed 3/6 on to my fourth. I am still doing the 6 month supervised diet. As a just in case the insurance wants to be dumb and deny me for some crazy reason! Lol During my first 3 months. I had to get on WW as part of my supervised diet. So I get weighed in weekly and that believe me makes time go by very fast. Then I had other “hoops" like psych eval. Also msgin on here helps. Emailing people! Lol

honestly it wasn't that bad just try to lower the things you usually eat and choose some  healthier options.Once you get to your 3rd month your going to be like where the heck was the time..just finish all your other test to stay occupied and maybe you'll get ur surgery by November

Looks like you and I are in the same boat.. my 6months of supervised dieting is up at the end of September and then I have 6 weeks of optifast.. so I'm looking at a November-December surgery date too. I still have all my pre-surgery testing to do and everything so I'm hoping that will help pass the time.

I wish I would've kicked more butt and actually lost some weight before surgery. I wouldn't have as far to go now. Take full advantage of the skills you learn and practice, practice, practice.
