weight ticker

I'm technology challenged.  Where do I go to put my weight ticker on.  You can see below that I tried.  Thanks for you help

okay, go up to my oh which is near the top of the screen on the task bar, then on the left side of the page click on settings, its at the bottom of the list, then click on the tab message board and your signature will come up and what you want to do with the ticker is actually right click and copy the picture, not the code, and copy the picture into your signature field.  if you do the code it won't work.  good luck!
