Lets Hear Some Wows!
Okay even if you're not post op there are still awesome things happening in your life I am sure! Lets all share a wow moment we've had recently, big or small! It makes you feel good to share!
This week I had a workshop to go to for work and apparently I am a hot topic of discussion between the offices about how skinny I'm getting. Now don't get me wrong, I love the attention but there is no way a normal person would say I'm anywhere close to skinny, I'm just much smaller than I was. But it makes me feel good to have other people notice that I've changed.
So come on people! Share!

I have 2 wow moments for this week.
1. I started back to work this week and I've been off for the last 2 weeks. I got to see everyone that I hadn't seen in two weeks and everyone kept saying how great I looked and how awesome I was doing which made me feel really good.
2. I went up to my school the other day to drop off a paper that was due and I had 2 really cute guys open the doors for me, and I can't remember the last time that happened.
I've only lost 45lbs so far which is great but I didn't think people would notice as much as they have and it feels so good to know that this is work and that one day I'll be a normal weight and healthy and will be so much happier!

I don't post much on the boards these days, here and there when I can, but I just had to post this wow moment. I got on the scale Monday morning and it told me I was of a normal BMI. Yep, the scale said 169 and that officially placed me in the normal range and that's a total loss of 112.5 pounds. I only have 18 pounds to go and yesterday was my 9 month surgiversary. It's crazy how time flies when you're having fun! To all those so early out in the process and going through stalls, just know that you will break them. We all get flustered, me included. Just remember that surgery did work and, most importantly, you have not failed. Just keep on keeping on!
mine is hugging my friend i haven't seen in months..
he pulls back and just looks at me..
(now he is gay, but he was actually CHECKING ME OUT!)
and he asks.. girl, are you coming down...?
i'm like.. yeah (*fake blush*) yeah.. a little something..
he just looks at me like oh no.. no no no.. that's a LOT of something
"work it girrrl lol"
that made my day... lol
