Snacks
Hey guys, I've been having a bit of trouble lately in the snack department. I'm supposed to eat 3 a day, and I've been eating things like 100 calorie pack snacks, apple sauce, and fruits, but they don't satiate my hunger (especially after working out) for very long. What kind of carb free snacks do you eat that aren't nuts or protein shakes? Any help would be appreciated.
