Snacks

Hey guys, I've been having a bit of trouble lately in the snack department. I'm supposed to eat 3 a day, and I've been eating things like 100 calorie pack snacks, apple sauce, and fruits, but they don't satiate my hunger (especially after working out) for very long. What kind of carb free snacks do you eat that aren't nuts or protein shakes? Any help would be appreciated.

 I like to roll up a few slices of turkey or ham with a little spread of fat free cream cheese.  String cheese also works well for me.

I am a big fan of string cheese too, any cheese really. Greek yogurt (flavored with sugar free torani) is a good one too. Soy crisps are tasty (though not carb free they are still good protein, and yummy!).

Aside from the favored cheese, string or otherwise, beef jerky is really good especially if you get the nuggets.  Deli meats wrapped in cheese is fun too since there are so many combinations you can try.
