pre-op diet (not liquid diet)

I need help!!!!!

I have to show a diet progress until May 7 and im so hungry!!!! The mother-in-law is constantly watching everything i eat...and its driving me nuts...im starting to picture myself like the little fat kid who sneaks all his goodies in his room and under his bed!!! Lmao!!!!! So how did you get buy??? So far im thriving on yogurt and rice crispies and regular meals with out no rice!!!! I need to expand my food choices!!!! Help!!!!! Hurry up and rescue me before theres no time left!!! My Future is in your hands!!!!! LMao!!!! (Yes, Im a drama queen ant that was L.B.T.M...Little bit too much...but i love it)

I had a slim fast shake for breakfast and then just regular lunch and dinner pre-op.  I ended up 10lbs lighter the day of surgery.  If I could go back, I would do the same thing only I would start weighing and measuring my food pre-op so it's nothing new once surgery is over with.  

Just remember that no food is worth the sucess you are going to have!

Maybe add some salads in to the mix. On my pre-op diet it was mostly soups and salads. I'd fix a nice salad and add tuna, chicken or turkey pieces to it.

During alot of my diet, I had a turkey burger for first meal, then I had celery and carrots or a salad or soup at work, then I would go home and have a deli sandwich. rinse repeat with some variation, I tried to keep snacking to a minimum and if I snacked it was something lowfat like yogurt or somthin. I won't deny what I want for the most part I'd just try to control portions. I did cut out the fried foods and fast foods (cries) and also most potatoes.
