everybody poops.

ok i know for some people poop freaks them out but its a bodily function and look what we've all just been thru so im going to jump right into it!

i just pooped for the first time in a week and it was BLACK not like bloody black i know the differance. (i had my surgery monday)

your turd is black because of the iron you take...its a side effect. im like the others i was releieved when it happened! I got something from the chemist (drugstore) to relieve the constipation and whatnot...its helped a little bit...if you're still worried consult your nut. and eat some more kiwifruit...apparently helps a whole lot in the downstairs dept...
