HELP- gaining

I need advice....I am 15 months out....i have lost about 125 lbs, and right when I was about 10 lbs from MY goal weight (which was under the docs goal weight for me) I started gaining.  I have gained about 10 lbs in the last 3 months.  How can I get back on track and lose the 10 plus the other 10 to my goal??

get back to basics. you can try the 5 day pouch test. to get all restart.
and watch your food choises and excersise!
I know it sucks. but there is only a few lucky ones that don´t have to watch what they eat after a year. I not one of the lucky ones neither. so I have to be verycarful also. i`m 14 month out. and 20 lbs away from my goal. Ànd now i`m working my ass of to get ther!

Thank you!!  I am going to start the 5 day pouch test on Monday. 

No I havent really been excercising, I never had, I have been really lucky, but now maybe my luck is ending and I need to start doing things the right way.  I am just glad that I have recognized it before it has gotten out of control and way out of hand.  I really started noticing the way my clothes fit, and I NEVER want to go back to what I was.

How can you expect to maintain without some semblance of exercise? I don't think that there's any such thing as "luck" with WLS, because you only get out of it what you put in. It isn't a cure.

To get some you gotta give some, my friend.  I understood way before hand that this wasn't not magic bullet. Sacrifices need to be made.  Otherwise you'll just end up hurting yourself.

How are your carbs?  I was at a plateau and realized it was because my carb count was creeping back up.  That can really run us up on a snag.  So get rid of the crackers, pitas, wraps, etc and get your complex carbs from fruits and veggies.
