its amazing how light i feel....i'm 2.5months post op and have lost 60lbs....I'm the happiest i have been in so long. I look in the mirror and am in awe...and the changes just keep coming!

I seriously can't stop running and jumping and dancing. It feels so good to have lost those pounds and i look forward to losing more.

the other day i picked up a 60lb weight and couldn't BELIEVE how much it weighed...

I know this is a ridiculous post, but i hope everyone has these moments HOLY ****! moments...so life affirming and awesome!

OMG!  I know exactly how you feel.  Our dates are just about a week apart.  I am down a total of 57 pounds and loving every minute of it!  Its a happy dance all the time!!  lol This really was the best decision I could have ever made!  Congrats on the continued weight loss!

LOL...feels pretty amazing huh?
I was thinking of this just this morning...I picked up a ONE POUND box of baking soda and it occured to me that 141 of those was a BIG deal...lol...I seriously lost that much...and my knees are thanking me for it every single day!

hooray for the "holy ****" moments, indeed!

It's hard to really believe it could happen for me too...

I know how you feel, I'm just a week post op but I've lost 10lbs so far and realized today that I've lost 41lbs since this whole process started! I'll have to go pick something up that heavy once I am cleared to lift that much :) keep up the good work!

It was actually a little windy the other day - and I starter flying...was amazing.

now I love the feeling - everyday i come out of the gym and I just jump around down the zig zag stairway just hopping over railing and such - pretty reckless but still - it's just fun to do it.

Took my heart; froze that. Promised that if I opened it up it would
