Posting pics ??

Hey yall does anyone know how to post a picture in a message board post- ive tried copying and pasting the image directly into the post and ive tried pasting the HTML for message boards and its not working! :( ugh please help!! lol

Do you use photobucket or some other picture site?
Do you have the correct code? (they usually have it for several different formats)...if so, OH doesn't allow you to just cut and paste...
when you copy your code, you can embed it in your post with Ctrl+V (i think...)
