This is totally unrelated but I saw your  "I <3 charts" comment and I just wanted to share.  You should check out  www.graphjam.com 

Now, I've never been to Fitday (I'm going to check it out later) so I'm sure those are official, helpful and relevant charts.  The ones on graphjam are just funny (most of the time).

noob, i'd pwn you...

I played WoW 5 years of my life before surgery. Was in the #8 Guild in the US - on Stormreaver - called Impervious. Yup - also was ranked #4 in world PVP rankings for 2v2...but I can't play anymore - cause I'd get addicted again. Was playing 102 a week during high school - ...such a geek. I have worked with computers my whole life - ...sigh my personal computer is worth about 4,500...like literally it's water cooled.

It's fun...I started out using the free online version immediately post-op...and then later found a copy of the software...it goes even deeper into nerd waters with the charting!!...lol
I need my fix every morning!
