STALLING!! frustrated.
so i just wanted to vent a smidge.
i've been on a 3 week stall. its KILLING ME. i've been walking about 2 miles a day and doing exercise ball workouts everyday. My abs are killing me. Its just so frustrating that the scale won't budge under 190lbs. GRRRRRRRRRR!!!
1st- What do you guys do when you stall? Any tips for jump starting things?
i'm only 2 months and a week out post-op and am down 54lbs. which i think is good, but i really want to keep losing steadily.
Any suggestions or even just stories of your worst stall experiances would be helpful/awesome.
Thanks for listening to me vent!
you guys are ACES!
It ain't how you die it's how you breathe - it ain't what you take it's what you leave and conceive. What you got is nothing if your soul don't represent it -...present it, because it ain't where you from it's where you been kid.
Took my heart; froze that. Promised that if I opened it up it would never close back.

I have a bad habit of getting in exercise ruts, so I try something new. My rut stand by is jogging. Everytime I jog, the pounds come off. What I do is I will jog one lap (or however long) and then walk and alternate.
Good luck!

Everyone stalls throughout the first year multiple times. Take pictures of yourself bi-weekly and compare them to your previous weeks. You will notice a difference in your bodies shape.
During my stalls I would make sure I was getting in my 80 grams of protein, water, and vitamins. Try changing your routine at the gym. Dont worry your weight will drop within a month. Your next concern will be your hair loss. But dont worry that will grow back :)
One word of wisdom that I can pass down to you that was told to me. Relax and enjoy your time during your weight loss journey. Take time for yourself and create a list that you can accomplish during the first year of weight loss. That can include hiking, crossing your legs, being able to tie your shoes, fitting into a movie seat without having your sides touch the arm rest ect. Take one day at a time and remember what you weighed before surgery so you can reflect back on that. Stay positive and live your life to the fullest.
In conclusion, 54 pounds is great for the first 2 months. Keep it up and you will be at your goal weight in no time. Time will start flying by before you know it.
