OK I`MMMM SOOOOOOO SORRY FOR NO POSTIN BEFORE. but i was sooooooo busy with work and with the b.day. thing going on.

sooo ok.  water this week. my watter is been good. but this week the exercise is been crappy i`ve been so busy i only did 4 hours this week.  but we can catch up next week for sure!!!!

ok. so we need some ideas for next week challenge `cuz this watter thing was very easy and a lot of us had it covered already. sooo we need some ideas please help me out `cuz i`m  not having enough time to think lately hahaha and i`m not a very brilliant person . haha.

ok so  we can do a food diary. how u feel about that? the fact is that writting down what you eat keeps u away from crappy food. this is a cientif fact. i`m not making that up.  i swear hahah
any other ideas??????? GIvE ME SOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok ì`m gonna stop being annoying haha

 I got in 7 hours of exercise!  I'm proud of myself for that.  Water was good also.  

Food diary can be a good one because I usually do pretty good 3 or 4 days of the week and then when I get busy I forget.  I think they are so helpful to avoid snacking.
