hi all! I would just like to say a big hello to all the newbies to the board and big ups to people who have had wow moments over the last couple of weeks. Just wanted to get that off my chest because I dont have much time to comment on everyones successess or arivals...college very demanding...so I thought Ill just do a mass CONGRATS

I do have a question...what ab excercises do you find the best to do after surgery...??? im doing planks which work your entire core and side bends, but I am starting to get bored of them so any suggestions???

comments on bio oil...does it really work...i tried it for two weeks I didnt see much improvements, what are your thoughts???? Any other ways to combat saggyness besides PLASTIC SURGERY!! or should I just start saving so  I can take a comestic holiday to Malyasia???

DANCE!
I am waaaaay out but started dancing 3-5 nights a week without the alchohol since the start of Lent and I see a huge difference.  I've always danced, but this is finally noticable.  Get out those tunes and boogie!

I'm telling you there is NOTHING better than shaking your tailfeather and popping those arms.  Its a stress reliever and great exercise!

actually there is a lot of fun DVD with abs routins ... u can get one and you will love it!.

I do pilates and also every day in the taeboclass we do around 500 or so the thing is to do diferent kind so you don´t get tired and bored. so the DVD is a great option to start!
