New Protein Shake

So I started my optifast diet two days ago, but my mum started a month ago, Our dietition told her she could start earlier and have 2 shakes and one meal a day if you start earlier, so today we ran out of optifast, My mum went to the health store to get a new supply but she came across this new shake stuff, It's called ISOWHEY COMPLETE, It has less calories and more protien then Optifast and it actually tastes nice haha we bought the double choc one, it also comes in vanilla and strawberry, it also makes more shakes and costs less then Optifast, so thats a bonus too!

I believe it's an Australian product, but they might stock it somewhere in America or you can order it online.

But yeah, it tastes ALOT better!!

don't forget to play mad scientist with your flavors...try a scoop of strawberry with your chocolate...lol

My fave protein shake recipe lately is 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder, 6oz of light cranbery raspberry juice, about 4-5 frozen strawberries (just strawberries, no sugar or syrup).  Toss it in the blender with some ice and enjoy.  Yummy.
