PreOps Check In

How did this week go for everyone? Any updates? What are you lookin forward to next week?

Ahh, next month its on! I got all my pre-op crap on the 13. Ive magically managed to fit like4 apointments into 1 day haha. I get all my stuff submitted june 7th

I met with the Physical Therapist on Monday.  I've been exercising every day since then.  So I'm excited to keep that up.  Even if it's not a full scall workout,  I hope to do something (even if it's not much) every day.  She was really good about not pressuring me into doing a ton of stuff each day.  We're sorta easing into the working out thing.  I have to say, I love that approach. Becausing jumping into an hour a day of hardcore wroking out would NEVER work for me! Oh and I confused the dates for my psych evaluation. It wasn't last Friday, it is this Friday (tomorrow actually!).  I'm hoping he will have the schedule set for the behavior modification classes all set because I think that's the last big thing I have to get done.

I'm glad to see everyone moving along!   I got one more test, I have to wear a pulse/ox machine tonight while I sleep to see if I stop breathing, because of sleep apnea.  Once that is done the pulmonologist will sign off his approval to my Doc and then all my test will be sent in for Insurance approval YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its sooo close it driving me nuts.  I want it to hurry up so I can fit into my bride maids dress on Mat 30 and be sexy for my wedding (lol my wedding!?!?!!).  Good luck to ya'll!!!!  

Greetings all I have been on a roller coster rider through out this process. Well it all started I selected Dr. Felix Speigel for the lapband surgery. I have submitted all requred documents. Well my sister had the RNY and she then went on to explain how if I may have had a complication that I will have to see the actual surgern. So I choose a local doctor and I went in and say the Dr. I signed a medical release for Dr. Speigel to release all information recieved. The new dr called and said that have not yet recieved any thing yet and asked if i could place a call to them, I did and she went on to say that she could not give me any of my information I was extremely up set so i have to run around town and try to remember what DR that I have seen in the past 5 years for my weigth history. So any way I have finally finished collecting that info. I had my psyc. eval and did my 6month diet. so I will go back to see what else may thay may need and submit for approval.

Just thought i'd post and say hello since I'm still pre-op for the next 11 hours and 28 min haha!!! Wish me luck tomorrow everyone and before you know it you will be joining me on the loseres bench!!! have a great week !

I am set for Tuesday so time is a ticking...

This week was my first week of liquids and it was pretty rough...I lost about 5 pounds (thats what the scale says) and I hardly have any energy or ability to concentrate!
Next week is my last week before surgery...I have a ton of stuff to do!! Can I clone myself!

i finally updated my profile! im proud it only took like forever to figure it out!
anyway i called my oco today and asked for a note to clear me for the sleep apnea and heart burn... she was out but the receptionist said she would call me on monday...
