Music...???

Any musicians in our 20's group? Otherwise...if your not a musician what do you like listening too?

Because I find music to be a great stress relief. Especially when it's a passion - whether it's playing it or listening to it.

I'm a hip hop artist, I sing, I play guitar, bass guitar, saxophone, drums, and produce music...

I love music!  All kinds (except hard core gangster rap and new country)  I cannot play an instrument b/c I can't ready sheet music and I really can't sing either, my brother used to tell me that I sounded like a cat on deathrow.  Anyway, maybe thats why i like it so much, b/c I can't do it myself.  My fave is alternative rock.

i am not a musician although i really LOVE to sing! i would die without music i love all kinds! i work at a radio station so i listen to music for a living right now :) 

I love music...i love all kinds of music...i usually go from types to types because they get played out...so i would go from r&b, to hawaiian...to alternative rock...to country....to rap.....to hawaiian...and so on and so on!!!! lmao!!!! In fact, when i get bored i make my own music videos using my webcam on my labtop!!! yah i know the crazy thing i do...but whats life without a lil craziness!!! haha!!!! But i hate heavy metal and the blues...well some of the blues!!! thats all about me....im an island girl which means we all love our music!!!!

 I am a musician and I went to college for music business, so we sound like we know a lot about the same field.  I am a private piano and percussion teacher and I also play percussion in group that performs in the summer.   I have also been looking into hiring myself out as a pianist for weddings, etc.  I sing also, but not well enough to warrant any sort of public performance.  

As far as listening to music, nothing is really off limits. I don't really go so much on genre than the actual song or artist.   Nothing is better than getting into the "zone" when listening or playing a song.  It's the best feeling.

 It's never too late to learn piano or any instrument for that matter!  Good luck with that!

hi i love love music. i`m a singer and i play the guitar. i sing all day long hahaha is relax me. is the best way to forget about  all my problems I just turn on the music and sing along. 

I have sung in local theatres of my hometown and talents contest and stuff.  I always win lol.

Is great that you play all that instruments. i`m looking fowar to star piano lessons this year. Ì`ve been wanting to do it for to long time lol.

I'm also a singer, though due to the fact that I've been so focused on school ( and broke ) I haven't been able to really keep my voice in shape so I've really lost my range and control. One of my first priorities when I get a job will be to enter in voice lessons again! I can't wait!

In terms of music, I can honestly say I hate North American Pop. I hate listening to the radio and if I am forced to I will only listen to the news stations. In my car right now I have Red Hot Chili Peppers, Robyn (the newest CD), the Ting Tings and Natalie Portman's Shaved Head. I also listen to a lot of Alexisonfire, Thursday, the Beatles, The Flaming Lips, Me First and the Gimme Gimme's and the Descendents. It all just depends on what mood I'm in!
