hey guys today is monday!! ihope you all had made the 7 hours if you did had the change this week we are gonna add. watter 67 oz. to our week routin soo.
we are gonna still exercising you don´t have to exercise the 7 hours. but u still have to be active all week.
soo this week is excercise and watter.
any other ideas that we can do this week?

Your challenges are easy! I'm already doing them! :) MAKE THEM HARDER! No I love them because they keep me thinking about them

Trust me! The reason I respond with such confidence is because I won't let myself slip! And it shows that all of us can make sure we not slip - if we just see the benefits of doing things right...it just feels so good. Your challenges are great because like I said even though I reply to them with confidence - it stays in my mind - so those times I don't want to do it - it gives me that extra PUSH!
