Worried....

I had my surgery on monday and I have had a pretty good recovery.  I am worried because I seem to be tolerating alot of water very easily.  I dont want to stretch my pouch this early!  But I always feel so dehydrated so I drink ALOT of water (well I can get down about 30 oz during the day)  Should I be drinking less?  I am still on a liquid diet and that is not counting the liquid i "EAT" for meals.  Does anyone know a good progression?

Also does anyone have a tracker they use that they might be able to email me, I have been looking for a good one since I decided I don't like the one I made up :) Thanks!

Also I have already lost 14# :)

Thirty ounces isn't anything to sneeze or scoff at, you're doing great!  64 is the absolute minimum according to my doc, and you're quite fresh out, so doing wonderfully!

Congrats on the fourteen down!
