IUD ?
Yeah, that's impossible...one has nothing to do with the other. Also, with the way they are shaped it is probably not likely for them to fall out because they are shaped like T and the top of the T hits right where your uterus stops and cervix begins. I'm sure it has fallen out of someone, somewhere but it's probably because it wasn't inserted correctly or something.

lol...funny how there's a horor story for everything, huh?
My gyno said that the one thing that could happen is going from a sedentary lifestyle to much more physical activity can cause some movement of the device...might shift a bit...so to check for the strings every month after my period.
I'm very happy I went with the IUD...I have no cramps and my period is super light for one day!!!
