challenge !!!
Monday - 1 hour elipitcal + 20 mins. weights = 1h 20mins
Tuesday - 1 hour yoga
Wednesday - 1 hour carido ( I haven't gone to the gym yet, so I don't know exactly what I'll be doing)
Grand Total = 3h 20mins
It might get a little bad for me come the end of the week because I'm going out of town..but we'll see.

Ya know, I was pretty skeptical at first but it is really challenging. It's just a different kind of workout because you are working your different muscles groups (you WILL feel it, especially the next day) but it's sort of deceiving because you aren't sweating a lot or out of breath. I haven't done it enough to the point where I can say it's a relaxing workout, but I've heard people say that. :-)
It's really a nice change of pace if you are in an exercise rut.

I have an action job as well.... if I make it that way. I work in a hardware store and make sure I'm walking the aisles all day... or else I'd be bored out of my mind- I swear!
Day 1-
* Nada, unless we count 6 hours of work
Day 2-
* Freight @ work, so yeah, I count that as exercise since for 4 hours I put away heavy freight
Day 3-
* Work 12-6
* Danced to Reggae Music 9p- 2am (AMAZING)
Day 4-
* I'll be dancing tonight.... woot woot!

The more things the change, the more they're still the same.
