"can i get whoop whoop" challenge
hello everybody!! I know there are several challenges running around this place but i thought i would add one more just because, although every challenge going now is excellent, there isnt one that is challenging me 100%. and im not into no carbs, thats not my style. So lets try to tie in all the ongoing challenges and get one kick ass one started, k? Ive got 16lbs to go for my ultimate goal so lets get started!!
1) takes those vitamins!! (this is a struggle for me every single day)
2) get in ALL of our water requirements (another struggle) Lets stop drinking our calories!!
3) I want so steal the 7 hours of excerise challenge..So lets keep that up!! 7 Hours ppl!!
4) eat every 3 hours. its easier for me to get my protein this way. SO, small meals/snacks every three hours!
5) speaking of protein, lets make extra sure we're getting it all in!!
I think that covers it. Everybody who wants to join in, please do!! I want to kick this last 16lbs in the BUD!

Im a PrEoPpY But Im In!!!!! I Have to meet all of those requirements too...I love how you put the water requirement in!!! Thats's Awesome!!! Could you possibly edit your post to show "eat every 3-4 Hours"!! Lmao!!! look at me trying to break the rules already!!!! So When and how often do we post!!!! I know everyday health got those challenges too...Maybe i should find out how there system runs??? Let me know!!!

I have to drink a lot of water a day due to the fact I lift 3 times a day.
7 hours of excercise covered!
Eat every 3 hours...ugh - don't know if I can - I can't remember the last time my meal wasn't a protein shake - I mean I get my calories from that...I really don't know - just never want to eat solid food - don't have any problems with any food at all I've tried everything and it doesn't disagree - just can't get into eating...haha - consistent protein shakes really don't give me the room in my stomach for solid food - and my muscles and body need protein more then solid food when I'm still getting the calories and the rest of my vitamins and nutrients from supplements.

what you mean? you don´t`eat any solids????? for how long have you been living from protein drinks??? that`s amazing.
i think you should get some solids. i believe is not good for your body. for your digestive system and so on. talk to your surgeron about this.
