last thirty pounds...arghhhh

Hey all!! So I've completely been MIA lately.  Quick update: Finally finished student teaching and graduated, so now I'm searching for history teaching jobs...which fyi...none are available :( . Other than that life has been great.  I'm 14 months out, down 120lbs.  Dating around.  Life is pretty rocking.  Except I can not get these last 30lbs off. IT seems so insignificant based on what I have accomplished so far.... And I have fallen back into some bad habits, which i Am realizing and kicking to the curb immediately.  Go****s so hard to be 23 and be in the drinking culture and go out with friends and not throw back a few, but I will not let drinking be the reason I dont succeed.  Also! I've never had a problem with dumping and temptation is always around because i live back at home with my family and they like their cake haha. Basically I need a swift kick in the butt and some really great tips to help me get back on track!!!! What are some great breakfast and lunch ideas, because I'm getting a lil bored lately and I usually need something FAST!!! sorry this is like a random message and all over the place.  I just need my friends here to help me outtttttt...... come on last thirty lbs!!



OOOO does anyone have any great workout ideas for when I'm at the gym....what's you're fave thing to do to burn a lot of cals??

The eliptical is phenomenal! You burn so many calories doing it. My plan problems sounds like everyone elses. I do the eliptical 30-45min then I run a mile. In between my cardio I do my weight training. I also make sure I keep up on my protein.

hi girl! i totaly understan what you mean. i`m tryin to lose 20 lbs for about 3 months and seams that everything i do is not working. so i was getting a bit drepressed and overeating. so I`m now back on track and i hid my scale. so now i`m just focusing in eat healthy an exercise. lol
about the gym the eliptic is great exercise. i do taebo and pilates and i love it!!

gotta do the weights. I like climbing up mountains it works your butt and legs so much. swimming is great. gotta diversfy otherwise you do get bored...maybe take up dancing

its sooo great you lost 120 lbs thats such an inspiration...keep at it yo,  dont let the fat beat you

ps. on the teaching thing, you could try working in london, they get paid loads over there and theyre looking for teachers all the time, im thinking of heading over that way when im finished this year. or maybe you could teach english in korea for a year??? just sum ideas

Completely understand....I am so mad right now I could scream....I have 26 more lbs to go to hit "my" goal....5 more pounds to meet the surgeons goal and I can't get that stupid scale to freakin move.....LOL!!!!  But I have been naughty a little....nothing really bad but I have been snacking at night sometimes.  No more though!!!!  UUURRGGG!!!!  The fat demons.....LOL!!!!  I have been taking a spin class and OMG talk about kick your BUTT.  I can notice that I am toning in my legs.  Plus I do Yoga and Pilates and run.  Wow sounds like a lot but I have not been going regular lately either.  I will kick you if you kick me.....LOLWell let me know how you are doing....maybe just keeping each other honest will help.  I am going to start journaling tonight also.  Talk to you later!!!!
