UUGH...no gym in 2 weeks...I feel like a cow.
So I've pretty much had a tiny cold these past 2 weeks and have felt like total crap. Runny nose, kinds sore throat, and my bones ach. I have not been feeling 100% so I've taken some time off from the gym...but I feel like I'm my old pre-surgery self. Granted I did lose like 5 lbs. last week, due to the fact that I didn't want much to eat...I just need get my a$$ back to the gym.

I can agree to that! I think I'm gonna start again full force on Sunday...wayy to busy tonight and tomorrow. :/
