 I am having the WORST cramps ever ... ever in my whole life.  I literally dont want to move it hurts so bad... i used to take pamprin or midol but they have ibprofein and caffiene which we arent supposed to have... what else will help?

pamprin is the only thing that works for me as well. so when i went to my dr. for my 2 mnth check up i handed him the bottle he said i could take it just take pepcide ac or prilosac otc along with it. hope this helps get better.

OMG!!!! Cramps is the worst thing ever to go thru!!!! I dont have my period like forevers, but anyways in January i got my first chemically induced period!!! ((you like the sound of that sentence do you....lmao)...OMG....the cramps kept coming at night....and BAMM...the tears kept rollin!!!! My poor BF...he was so devestated.....But all in all...I dont know how women do it...cuz when i seen the blood on my pad...ewww...out goes my vomits in my tub!!!!! Talk about drama!!!!! lmao!!!

Okay okay...so i know that was a L.B.T.M (little bit too much)...but dang if im going to erase it...im just tooo lazy!!!!

Tylenol Womens...something or other...same fun stuff, with tylenol (better for pouch) instead of IBU.

Works good for me. I still feel like my uterus is going to explode, but it takes the edge off. And I can still function.

I'm lucky though. I have arthritis and I have a handy supply of vicodin and muscle relaxers. Those really make things feel better. However, functioning like a human is not possible. Good for night though.

hey hun there is a midol that does NOT have ibuprofen in it. I have yet to have a period since surgery (due for one next week) and im sooo scared of it, ive always had crippling cramps and dread the pain...im going to be sure to get myself some of that midol! if you try it, let us know how it works!!
