STALL!!!
Stalls are so annoying arn't they?!! Grrr...... I had my first stall about 3months post op, and stayed the same weight for about 4 weeks. I just carried on as I was, upped the exercise a bit, and made sure I frank plenty of water. I'm about 7 months post op now, and think I'm headed into another stall, I've only lost about 4 pounds in the past 3 weeks, and now the scales keep jumping up and down a pound or so...it is SO frustrating! I just remember the rules when this happens, I make sure I drink lots of water, but never with meals, get my protein in first, and EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!! I've been killing myself working out this week, and would love to see the scales move down next week!!
Just keep doing what you are doing and the stall will break!! Alternatively, have you heard of the 5 day pouch test, or the Liquid Protein Train? If you search them on here you will find them, some people use these methods to try and break a stall, although they are quite tough!
Good Luck!!!!

I had my first stall at 3 weeks. I totally freaked. Then, about a week later, boom. 5lbs disappeared.
I'm stalling again (it's been a week). I'm just resigned to the fact that stalls happen, and I'm refusing to worry too much about it. I know I'm doing the right things, so I should start losing again. It's frustrating as hell, but the numbers will move eventually.
I am going to up my protein again and make sure I'm getting in all of my vitamins and my H2O. That seemed to help the first time. During my first stall, though, and I'm noticing it again, my weight seemed to "redistribute" itself. I ended up going down a jeans size during my stall.
Just keep doing good things, and the scale will move again. Hang in there!!!
