TOTALLY OT! - Cruise

So my boyfriend and i graduate college in May. I was just talking to my mom and she said that her and dad have decided that they want to take me and Logan on a Cruise for Graduation! :) Im pretty excited and cant even call him and tell him because hes Snowboarding in West Virgina this weekend and has no stinkin cell service! haha. Anyways, ive never been on one, but after looking at some of the different cruises and destinations i think im going to end up going on a 7 day eastern caribbean in mid-late May. Has anyone ever been there? Any other suggestions of places i should look into or definantly NOT look into haha. I think we're going to book in the next week or 2 because theres some great deals right now. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated! :) Thanks yall!

Ummm never been on a cruise but told the hubby that’s my century club gift to us! So lucky! What a nice graduation gift! How exciting!

Where ever you go, I don't recommend encenata (spelling) mexico or Royal Caribean cruz line. I guess the ship was nice but it just felt old and run down and the area around the pool smelt like mold really bad ( which I understand happens when it gets wet but come on.) Going on a cruz is a lot of fun but I don't recommend drinking and wearing high heals while on the ocean.... it will do BAD things to your stomach .  But then again we aren't supposed to drink large quantities like I did on my cruz (pre-surgery). Have fun!

We on the west coast like to cruise to Hawaii and in may my parents are cruisin' on up to Alaska! lol

The Alaska trip is supposed to be amazing.  My grandmother went a few years ago and it hitching another cruise soon!  They use Princess Cruise Lines.

hey courtney! it sound super fun!. the caribean is gorgeous (I live there lol). the caribean cruseis. are soooo much fun there is always a party going on..... and the cruises are soo big and gorgeous.
I went like 5 months ago to a greek island cruise and it was soooo beautiful. the landscape is just gorgeous. but there is not that much party as the one in the caribian. but its deadly beutiful. so if u have the oportunity to go there i highly recomend that.

I just booked a cruise with my cousin leaving June 1st! Were doing the 8 day Eastern Caribbean from Carnival. This is a Graduation/Bday present from myself too myself.

I am SUPER excited...this will also be my 1st cruise!

I've been on cruises they are so much fun!
I'd recommend going on shore excursions and booking them in advance if you can b/c they best ones fill up.

Also if they give you an option to put your bags outside your room on the last night OR let you take them off the next day I def recommend letting them take them. The first time I was like "there are too many things I don't want to be w/o" but the next day we learned it took several hours in a long ass line with our luggage to get off the ship which was no fun so learn from my mistake! lol
