I figured something out!!! Super excited!
I've been having the worse time with the whey protein drinks. I just couldnt get it going. Well one of my coworkers suggested I buy one of those individual 2% milk bottles and then a huge bottle of 2% milk (I'm sure soy would be healthier and better but give me a break it's 2%). Well I drink it like twice a day. I pour in the empty smaller container the whey protein and then the 2% milk and shake it until my arm falls off. Then I sip at it. It takes like an hour or two to finish but it completely elliminates my snacking!!! COMPLETELY! I thought I was going crazy with how much I was wanting to snack but this stuff makes the sweet tooth go away and the munchies go away! I love it! Try it! I work 12hour shifts in a 911 center! You can imagine how bored and munchy I can get. No snacks last night and I brought food...I didnt even eat it because my stomach was content with the whey and 2% milk. I'm going to slowy work to nonfat milk and eventually soy but one step at a time! I'm so excited!!
