Anyone join The Air Force After WLS?

I really REALLY want to Join and I've talked to a recruiter once, and they said that having Gastric Bypass surgery doesn't automaically disqualify you from joining, it's all up to the medical doctors to decide. So has anyone or do you know of anyone who's joined after WLS?

I was under the impression you couldn't...no matter what...I know u can get kicked out of the military by having WLS so let me know
