NEWBIE! NEWBIE!! lol

Hey everyone!!


I am currently on the first month of a 6 month required program through my insurance, Kaiser, and I am sooo excited.  I am 28 now, I turn 29 in May, and I am convinced that I do NOT want to spend my 30's fat and miserable like I did my 20's.  That being said, good luck and best wishes to everyone on their weight loss journies!! I look forward to sharing ideas, stories and tips with you all along the way!!
