Hi everyone =) My name’s Michelle, I’m 23 & I live in socal. I’m trying to get approval & I’m hoping to have surgery soon! It'd be really nice to have peeps my age to talk to while going thru this journey.

Add me as a friend. I am also 23 and having sugery next month. I am self pay since I have no insurance and am going to mexico to have it done.
It is really nice to have friends your own age going through the same thing. Im glad i found this board.

Hi Michelle,
I'm Brittnie and I'm 21 and live in Reno, NV. Good luck with this whole process! I just got my approval letter for the lap band/ realize band (I havent decided yet) just waiting on a date now. I actually got lucky and had a really short wait on getting approved!
