Uggghhhh Frustrated!
ok please dont yell at me! I hhhhhaaaaatttteee protein shakes! I have an iphone and recently started using this program and I am getting almost my daily intake of protein, and i am working out 5 days a week. I havent lost anything in 7 days! its really frustrating me. I know there is a dreaded 3 month stall is this is?? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Sherri
You should change up your workout. If you've been cross-training, switch to swimming. If you've been running, switch to stairmaster. My body tends to get into a rut if I keep doing the same exercises over and over again.
I recently started boxing - it is really fun. No one i*****hing back at me, but it is an amazing work out and 45 min. flies by.
