a bit off track

 I haven't posted on here in a while. I have seem to gotten a bit off track. I just started eating junk and snacking a lot. .also haven't been to the gym in a while :( . I plan on starting fresh tomorrow. .and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas to get me back into the right mindset??

Hey! Good for you for getting your mind and heart back in the game! You've already made the right steps toward the right direction. I like to go thru the success stories on this site of people who've made it. I also have startedt to document. I locate my failures and document my weakness and I kick them to the curb! Stay positive and remember you can do this!

If you don't buy the snacks, you can't eat them. That is my method. My roommates have snacks and I have asked them to be put away after they are done.
