its done!
hey everyone i had surgery on monday the doc said it went really well and no complications. I went home on tuesday. Have been a bit sore here and there but nothing major, i think everythings ok not as hungry as i use to be. everything sort of seems surreal arrrgghh cant believe its done.
One more thing, before the doc discharged me he said dont worry about weight loss at this stage, just keep focusing on the healing. He also talked about a green zone, i presume this happens you get into this zone when you get a fill? I was wondering when did you all start losing and do you know anything about the 'zone' lol.

I am not super far out but I lost a lot during the liquids and semi-solid stages but the weight loss got way slower once I went to actual food. Have my first fill in a week and a half, doc told me that after you hit your "sweet spot" is when you really focus on weight loss, it's when your band is filled to the exact amount to work its best. I am still trying to keep on a strict diet though, even without a fill. Good luck to you!!!
