i am SOOOO pissed

so as my surgeon's office is calling for my admimtting information, they confirm my surgery date with me...February 4th.

my date is February 2nd.

I tell them that and they said that the 4th is in the computer and i'll have to call my scheduling woman.

I call her and she tells me that my surgeon is unavailable on the 2nd and is the 4th okay?
So I'm like, well no one told me. And she said they just found out.

I starting crying as soon as I hung up.

I know its only 2 days but thats 2 extra days being fat and 2 fewer days of recovery before school.

This must be fate though, and I'll just take it and roll with the punches. But I'm not going to be happy about it.

I think it's totally legit to be upset, especially that they didn't tell you this and you have to emotionally prepare all over again. When does school start for you? I had the band on friday and went to class on Monday.

hopefully I'll recover as quickly as you will!

I just can't wait for the whole process of waiting to be over with and just have the band and have everything be on ME, not having to deal with everyone else.

i totally understand why you are upset! you get so mentally prepared and excited for something and then it ends up different than you thought! FRUSTRATING! in the long run it's 2 days! you won't even think about this in 3 months! Hang in there hun!
