I dont understand ??

I am really gettin mad...I dont eat sugar, nothing greasy and my face is still breaking out and tips on what to do ??  Or what to use

Hey girl ive been having the same issues- i ordered proactive and it was worked wonders for me. They have a spot treatment cream that has helped me a lot. Good luck!

Its your hormones, as women we store our hormones in our fat pockets, so as we lose weight and esp. quickly, they burst and out comes the extra hormones!  It can cause breakouts, emotional changes, body odor, it's like going through puberty again!

I can only suggest lots of water and vitamins. I know that sounds so cheesy but it worked for me. I also use Noxzema and clean and clear skin wipes once a day.  My #1 advice is of course to visit a dermatologist. They'll know what to do!

nothing worked for me until i saw the dermatologist and he perscribe me a face wash called Brevoxyl Creamy 8 Wash. it dries the skin a little but works wonders on my skin. I use to get really big pus filled pimples that were painful now if i get a white head once a month thats alot. and the redness in my fce has for the most part gone away. I also switched to mineral makeup (bare minerals) it seems to help my face from breaking out too. good luck!

It is normal for some people, I had some pretty bad breakouts and I had never had problems with my skin before but it will stop.  It took a couple months though.
