Getting Worried
I am just 4 months out and I have been steadily losing 4 or more pounds a week. I always try to weigh in on Mondays...when I went to step on the scale today there was NO CHANGE!!! I am sort of freaking out, can you hit a plateau at this early in the process?? I haven't changed my eating habits or my exercise habits so why is my weight-loss so slowed. Anyone have any ideas ??

It's normal...and a pretty regular occurance throughout the entire losing process...I was scared to death the first time my loss stalled a bit...but it picked back up again.
even now, with every little slowdown, I worry that "it's over"...I remind myself to add a few more lean protein calories, and it's back to losing again.
Are you tracking your daily intake of food and water?...you may be able to see patterns in your loss vs. stall...I learned that not drinking enough water would stall my weight loss, as would not eating enough...once the numbers were right there in front of me, I could see the causes and immediately begin woring on it...
so no worries, keep to the plan that your medical team has created for you and the stall will pass...
