Week 5 post-op

So I am on my 5 week and still doing good but I really want some chicken wings but so scared to eat them plus they are not on my diet as of now...And Im down 35 lbs...I am so happy my jeans are getting so big but when I look in the mirror I dont see it but everyone else does...I hope soon i will see my weight loss...

 I'm also in week five and can't "see" my weight loss either.  My husband even took my monthly picture and the only thing I could tell was that my face is thinner, even though my clothes are getting big.  I figure I'll have to see it one of these days!

You are doing wonderful!!!  Keep on your food plan, honey... those chicken wings will be on the list shortly.  Chicken is a tricky food to begin with, so don't ru**** too fast.

At five weeks out most normally don't see the size changes... our brains are still focused on the before.  I recommend taking photos... take a million!  Photographs are an amazing way to keep track of everything.
