Hello Everyone!  My name is Maria!  I'm so glad I found this! It'll be great to talk with people my age during this whole process.

Ii am just beginning my journey and have a few questions.

I have Medica for insurance and since I have no comorbidities, I have to have participated in a diet/ exercise program for atleast 3 months.

I guess my question is really has any one been in the same situation and used weigh****chers as their diet/exercise program.  Or if you have been in the same boat what did you use?

Sorry If this makes no sense, I am just really anxious to get the ball rolling with all of this!

Thanks,
Maria :)

Call your insurance company and find out what they require - some require it to be physician documented so WW might not cut it.  As long as you follow their rules you cannot go wrong!

Good luck!
