new here

 hey all,
so i'm new on here, and i stumbled across this page.  i am still trying to figure out this website, but it's nice knowing i can talk to people my own age.  i have my date---this tuesday 12/15!  i cannot wait!  any pre-op advice would be greatly apprecaited!

Congratulations on your date! You are so lucky to be able to have this surgery! I had my Lap-Band about 18 months ago and I have lost over 170 lbs. and I am 20 lbs from goal! I know that you will do well! Welcome to the board and if you need anything, feel free to let me know!

the only advice i can give to you its to follow your dr.`s rules. and stay calm. and bring a camara to the hospital!! and take alot of pics. you are gonna love thos after.
