Weight - August 21 - 203 lbs.
Weight - December 12 - 216 lbs.

Time - 113 days (about 16 weeks)
Result - +13 lbs.

I just suck, plain and simple.

My food intake...sucks!
My exercise level...sucks!
My water intake...sucks!

I drink too many liquid calories (soda and juice).
I eat snack foods too much and at bad times.
I am barely exercising.

I don't need a fill, so bandsters, don't suggest it.  I need to get my head straight.  I need to realize I am slowly ruining what I worked SO HARD for.

I had surgery to get my life back, and to live it.  And being p*^%$d off is no way to live it.

Sorry, I just had to vent.

You are welcome to vent anytime.  More often than not its very enlightening and stress relieving.  you do NOT suck.  Life happens and we get off track.  You've recognized your gain and know to get back on the wagon.
Good Luck, Brock!!

Dont be too hard on yourself. Your still a long ways away from where you once were. Be proud of your accomplishments and just keep moving forward! Your definitely one of the people I aspire to be like on this board. It's how long out(?) and your still taking this seriously!

Aww... ; ;)/ I'm sure you don't suck. If you recognize what's wrong with your plan, then you can fix it and move forward again : ) Just don't beat yourself up too much like I've been doing the last few days (not getting in the right calories or enough water ><)

Hey Brock, sorry to answer this post late.
You don't suck your just human. I have also been getting into some bad habbit here lately. Like eating alot of sugar. my weight loss had come to a standstill way before I was a year out. I think this happens to most of us from time to time. i don't know about you, but I'm a food addict. its something I'm going to have to deal with for the rest of my life. My wls didn't change that. We have to constantly monitor ourselves and realize when we need to get back on track. That's always the first step and you've done it.  I've been able to mostly get back on track, and start losing again (remember your tool is still there) here are a couple of suggestions I have...

1)track absolutely everything you eat, and drink down to the smallest nibble, and sip. Don't beat yourself up over it though(I know that's easier said than done) just notice what your habbits are. Getting a clear picture is always a first step in change.
2)Plan,plan, plan. Once a week, or even once a day sit down and plan out what your going to eat (and even drink), and then do in prep you need to make those things avaliable. Per-cook things if need be, grocery shop, ect.
3) Shake things up. Look for diffrent calorie free drink options. Find new recipes to try out. Look for exciting ways to get your exercise in.
4)Plan healthy calorie appropriate snacks. DO NOT, under any cir****tance, allow any foods in the house that you snack too much on. If you have to have it, buy a single serving size and eat away from the house, and remember if your going to have it. enjoy it. There's no other point in having it.
5)Give yourself a certain amount of discretionary calories each week so that you can enjoy those things you really love.
