Hey Ya'll !! Just had a question for some of you ladies that are at your goal. I am just over 2 months out and am down 40 lbs and I noticed that my skin is startin to get a little jiggly. Upper arms are a concern. Did any of you have success in beating the batwings with a lot of exercise?? If so can you give me some ideas!! Thanks.

You cannot exercise away excess skin :-( you can however tone the skin and give the 'appearance' the skin is tigher... I have worked my arms out and got inches off them but still suffer from the bat wings.
MSN has a 'fastest body makeover ever' I got excellent results from it - info on my profile. They also have other workouts and you can find arm specific ones as well.
Make sure you are drinking your fluids, getting your required nutrition and keeping your skin hydrated (palmers cocoa butter has worked best for me) and that will help.
Its my experience that the skin moves much slower than the weightloss... I noticed the biggest changes in my skin/body once I stopped losing and started to maintain... certain areas improved and my body seemed to redistribute some of my weight.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

hey girl, congrats 4 that 40 lbs, that`s great.
i also star noticing this in my ars area. I excersise a lot. and there is nothing i can do about this. all my other body parts are doing fine,  so try to excersise and bye hydratated.
