No Surgury until futher notice...
I just posted a blog about how i've been since the last time i was on here. I know it's been a while. Sorry guys!
But as i mentioned in my blog i lost my job on the 7th of this month and therefore have no insurance. Which as you can guess, means no surgury. I was sooo close. I was supposed to be hearing from my insurance next week if i got the approval. And i'm really upset. I worked so hard during my six month weight loss program with my doctor. I didn't lose anything but i worked really hard!
Some encouragement would be so amazing. Thanks.![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/frown.gif)

I'm very sorry to hear about the insurance problem. I know exactly how you feel. My Insurance co. put me through the 6 month weight loss program and then on the sixth month told me that they no longer cover any bariatric procedures... uuuugggggghhhhh! I had to wait a bit longer (9 months) and then I had new insurance and had my RNy before I knew it. Sometimes things happen for a reason and we have to be thankful for waking up every morning. I have faith! It will come soon enough!!! God bless and remember things will work out! =)
ugh I'm so incredibly sorry about the loss of your job, Leah.
This can be a blessing in disguise... you said you haven't lost anything over the supervised program, but what about health? Has that improved? I think this gives you more opportunity to work on you and become happy with yourself so that when your surgery is approved you'll be better prepared :)

The more things the change, the more they're still the same.
