OT But need to hear what you would do!

OK.. so long story short my sister who is 39 got a ticket for giving achool to minors so she has court tommoorw an I drove down to be here for support. Well we were talking an I told her that I couldnt lie for her under oath(sp)  Yes she did want me to but sorry would work.. Anyway I esxplain to her as to why I wouldnt. One reason the main reason being I was always rasied to never lie an always tell the truth an even more so to cops an to if I ever had to go to court. The second being I am A RN an a medic to whihc if I am found to be lieing I would lose both. an I am not willing to risk that. Well she told me that I was not welcome to comne to court with her anymore which makes me mad becuase of the fact that I came down from wayne to Linden which is a good 45 min to hour drive. the second being how could she want me to lie. (she is planing to not tell the truth also having the minors who were here that night not tell the truth This including her son( So my question to all of you is WHAT WOULD You do... I am stressing an pissed an.. confused... what to do!!!!!!!!!!

i would have told her i wasnt gonna go in the first place, you are out of the bad situation now there really isnt the perfect right or wrong answer

She made her bed, let her lie in it ~ the issue is weather or not you should lie for her, the issue is why is she giving alcohol to minors in the first place?
I wouldnt lie, you have too much to lose... especially for something she CHOSE to do. She is 39 she should know better.

...so don't go...she'll find out soon enough that karma is a *****
Think of the awesome lesson her kids are learning by lying under oath...

I know this is very dificult situation. but let your sister take some responsability for what she have done. you don´t have to be responsable for her. so you better don´t go to curt,  so you don´t have to do something that you regret.

Well I did not go with her to court... I decided that it was not my place. I do not understand as to why she buys achool for under aged kids...I know I have never an will never.. heck I am 22 an still have only had about a teaspoon of achool.. it is scary to think of how much these kids really have had. However in court today she pled not gulity so she goes back to court on dec 4th to find everything out. ...I also agree with the she made her bed now let her lay in it..!!
