Another 2 weeks here I come...

Well I had my nut appt today and I had only lost 1 pound... so here comes another 2 weeks... she has said that I am doing awesome and that I should keep my cals lower this time to about 1100-1300.... and if I wanted to  I could substitute my biggest meal (which is supper)  into a protien drink.... so I just dont know what I should do?     I want a low cal low sodium chicken soup anyone have any recipes or a website so I can start making some nice food...

I use chicken broth and add a powder such as taco seasoning or other little packet of powder. It adds up to about 45 calories for the wholecan of broth. they also have low sodium broth that would help. good luck!

Honestly....weigh****chers has some wonderful recipes! I was on WW for 10 plus years and there are so many things that taste so good. Chicken soup...saute carrots, celery and onions with broth and add some chicken and egg noddles, shouldn't be that bad.

You get your surgery as soon as you lose that weight right? So you're trying to lose it as soon as possible? I would eat nothing but meat and eggs and I can promise you it will be off in a week. Its not something I would keep doing because its not too great and I don't think its all that healthy, but lean meats and egg whites shouldn't be too bad. Its like an extreame version of atkins. I lost a lot of weight doing that at one of my despartate times! lol
