So I am about 4 1/2 months out now, down 75 lbs and all I think is wow. I really never thought I would get to this point but now I am and its just amazing. I went through my closet last night and got rid of a crap load of clothes that are just too big now that they don't even look good. That is one of the greatest feelings a person can have. I am more focused on eating right and drinking my water now. The vits and all are second nature now, just take them when I wake up in the morning as part of my routine. This was seriously the best thing I ever did.
