Just rambling...AND HEART PAIN?
Slept better last night, each night is getting better. Took a shower last night and was able to get most of the iodine off of me. This morning woke up and ate some cream of wheat and then....good news....I WALKED FOR 46 MINUTES! I haven't worked out or walked that long in FOREVER. I'm so proud of myself. Gonna make myself something to eat and take a pain pill and hopefully nap...
Ok...really important, I know I don't have any restriction but isn't there a natural restriction just from the band being put on? Second...is it normal to have a slight uncomfortable occasional pain behind your left breast, almost where your heart is? And another pain area is right below my left breath, I don't know if thats from the band or the incisions.
Thank yall so much!!!

Hey Nicole,
ok im so glad that you walked for 46 minutes thats great! i know i couldnt go for that long after my srugery, Congrats,
For you questions yes the band does have some natural restriction, so make sure you take small sips and bites, that will start to lessen as your stomach gets use to the band being there, the pain in your chest may just be the incisions and the band being there, I know that i had pains in those areas after surgery, and sometimes now (10 months out) I still get slight pain there if i lay the wrong way in bed. if the pain starts to be real bad i'd call the dr, but if its just occasional and slight you should be fine.
If you have any other questions just let me know!
