Eatin' good in the 20's Neighborhood....

So..Haven't done this in a while and I know Amy has been EXTREMELY busy...so thought I would start this and hopefully eat good enough that I won't be embarrassed to post it...This is a good way to keep up and be accountable for what you are eating...I know there are alot of newbies on the board but feel free to chime in and let us know how you are doing...

b-protein shake

s-reese's peices (terrible)

L-15 tortilla chips w/ salsa, 1 chicken fajita

s-1 peanut butter ritz cracker sandwich, 6 ritz crackers

d-1 half chicken fajita rollup from Applebees, 6-7 french fries

Water- around 60 oz
Exercise-none

I am headed back to the gym tonight after work...can't stand the thought of regain (which has already happened...arghhh) I know I can keep it off just have to work at it!!

I also post my eats on the main board, but I am loyal to this board too!!!

Breakfast- SB high protein bar-peanut butter (10)
Snack- Pure protein bar (20)
Lunch- 1-1/2 oz LF cheddar with 3 ww saltines (10)
Snack- 1.25 oz of cashews (6)
Dinner- 3 oz of meatloaf, 1 oz of sweet potato (21)
Snack later....either diet hot chocolate (10) or maybe a little more meatloaf it was good (15)

woooo i love this post.

b- cottage cheese
lunch - salad w/ ff dressing and 3oz grilled chicken, some pita chips and hummus
s light and fit yogurt, handful of m&ms
later snack - couple pieces of lunchmeat
d- baked chicken, a lil mashed potatoes, some green beans
s - cottage cheese

im grazing at home.... i need to stop this!! today I will be better. i promise
